Dump a bottle of Ivory liquid dish soap into a toilet tank. The next person to flush the toilet will be greeted with an amazing amount of bubbles.
Or, remove the cap from the bottle and place the whole bottle upside down in the tank so that the contents will empty out and the bubbles will linger over repeated flushes.
