Obama Bumps Head Boarding Marine One

Distractions can make for an inopportune moment.  This is what happens when one is more attune to coddling the stage production of the adoring and fawning masses, real or imagined, than to his immediate surroundings.

See video here

For the regular door of the Marine One helicopter was just a tad too formidable for 6 foot 1.5 inch President Barack Obama.

He may well pay a little more attention the next he enters that aircraft, lest his ear become embedded on the door the next time.  Or worse yet, traumatic brain damage.

$32 Million Lawsuit For Protecting Own Property Against Illegal Aliens

What would you do if your property was being repeatedly used as a gateway for illegal aliens trespassing and damaging your property en route to elsewhere?  Since 1988?

The property owner is getting sued by 16 Mexican nationals who say THEIR civil rights were violated by the gun toting owner who was out protecting his 22,000 acre ranch.  Frustrated with the increased traffic through his property when the U.S. Border Patrol began cracking down on illegal aliens, they instead wandered more peripheral to areas being policed, and right through the ranch.

Franken Skips Paying Taxes

The Democrats present another tax cheat to the hit parade.  Al Franken.

It is amazing that a person of his celebrity as well as political aspirations, can owe so much money in taxes, and behave so cavalierly.  As if he cannot be bothered to pay taxes.

Devo Whips It

Devo.  Iconic.

They are best known for their 1980 hit “Whip It“, which made it to #14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Their style has been variously classified as punk, art rock and post-punk, but they are most often remembered for their late 1970s and early 1980s New Wave sound.

Kilmer Still Pondering NM Governorship

As reported previously here months ago, Val Kilmer is pondering an occupational change from actor to governor.  Since September 2008, when Fox News first heard some whispers.  The 25 year resident said he liked the idea of becoming New Mexico’s governor at that time.

Any governing experience?  Ummm.  He did play Batman in “Bat Forever,” Jim Morrison in the “The Doors,” and a fighter plot in Top Gun.  How about voting record?

Kilmer, who lives in San Miguel County, has never cast a ballot in New Mexico since registering to vote in 1992, according to registration records.
