The furor over AIG’s executives taking on million dollar bonuses courtesy of the American taxpayer’s bailout rescue is appalling.  The antidote?  Get on over to Flopping Aces and read about AIG ACORN bus tour mob touts socialist agenda… did they also violate Postal Code regulations?  The Acorn buses are making the weekend rounds and wilding in Fairfield County.  Simply appalling, according to New York Magazine, who is siding with the right inclined Rush Limbaugh on these “busloads of crazies” tours.

Spectacular Underwater Volcano Eruption In Tonga

An underwater volcano in the South Pacific has been waking up and rumbling recently with some minor eruptions.  But today it sent out an explosive underwater eruption that turned into a spectacular display of smoke, steam, and ash from the water’s surface off the coast of Tonga.  The main island Tongatapu, has an area where up to 36 undersea volcanoes are clustered.  Concern regarding possible tsunami was expressed, however this did not materialize.   Large amounts of pumice have shot out into the air and are expected to litter the beaches of the nearby Fiji Islands soon.  Locals, tourists, and geologists are enjoying nature’s display.
