More On Obama Bows To King

So much for the White house spin that the American president did not bow to the Saudi king.

Take a look for yourself.  Obama sure did!

Obama doubles down on the bow to the Saudi King at American Thinker.  Freeze frame evidence Obama did not use two hands for handshake as the White House incredulously asserts.  And why one might want to bow?

In plain English, if you wanted to be received and recognized as legitimate at the Imperial Court, you had better bow down before the Emperor in a kow tow (叩頭), prostrating oneself before the glorious ruler, and touching the head to the floor.

Heads of state do not bow to other heads of state. Abdullah didn’t reciprocate with a bow to Obama, for instance, and none of the other heads of state in the original video did so much as a shoulder incline. It’s the act of a rank amateur, a man unprepared to represent a nation as head of state. Thankfully, a few people have begun to notice it.
