Top Number 3 DOJ Official Dismissed Blank Panther Voter Intimidation Suit

EXCLUSIVE: No. 3 at Justice OK’d Panther reversal  it was revealed after EXCLUSIVE: Career lawyers overruled on voting case at the Washington Times.

There really is no great surprise in this reversal.  After all, the political correct thing is to not ruffle any feathers with the Obama administration that might make it look afoul to the public.

The Voting Rights Act of 1965  Section 11(b) assures voters the right to vote in a neutral place without fear or intimidation.  So much for following the law.

No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for exercising any powers or duties under section 3(a), 6, 8, 9, 10, or 12(e).

Teachable Moments In The Melting Pot At Every Step

The entire drama behind the arrest of Henry Gates, the professor from Harvard, and the Cambridge, Massachusetts police officer James Crowley, has elicited controversy about racial profiling.

The Black man returns home from a trip via taxi, finds out he is locked out, breaks into his own home with the help of the taxi driver,  becomes incensed and starts yelling when a white police officer arrives to investigate a possible break-in and asks him for his identification.  Fast forward through a lot of agitation and lack of cooperation on Gates’ part as the cop is trying to do his job, in the presence of Hispanic and Black police officers,  and Gates is arrested for disorderly conduct.  Neighbors witnessed the commotion.  Police report at The Smoking Gun, and it is quite revealing, until the tapes are released.  Background info, previous break-in attempt at the same house.

President Barack Obama in his infinite wisdom fans the flames.   Commissioner Robert Haas speaks for the Cambridge PD.  CBS 11 Dallas.
