Sen. Durbin says he’s ‘in the dark’ on possible healthcare reform compromise. The Hill.
The 10 Democratic senators who crafted a healthcare compromise are keeping its details a secret, says Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) said Friday.
Responding to a complaint by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) that Republicans haven’t been told what’s in the new bill, Durbin, the No. 2 Democrat in the Senate, responded that he’s in the same position.
Imagine trying to complete a major project at work that will affect millions of people and cost over a trillion dollars, but the details are minimally known. Must be so contentious, the special Democratic senators do not want to spoil the surprise and share it all now.

Wow…where’s all that transparency Durbin was telling us that was going to happen if we voted for Obama?
What really kills me is that they plan on voting on that bill on Christmas Eve or Christmas day. Kinda like saying “Happy F#$@ing Holiday”, suckers!
So much for transparency. So many lies, so little time left to pass ANYTHING. The desperation is apparent.
