When visuals help get the point across. Would drivers pay more attention if the speedometer were marked with crutches, then a wheelchar, and finally a skull and crossbones for successive and dangerous elevations in driving speed?

I think a nice voice over when they hit certain speeds would be even better. Something like, “Hey asshole, slow down.” If he doesn’t slow down…the car should start to revert to 30 mph. and it should be impossible to go any faster until he goes to the police station to have it re- calibrated.
That is funny. Maybe there could be a hand that pops out of the dashboard too and smacks the driver into reality. A sobering thought. But if it saves a life, can it be that bad?
