A housecleaner was so shocked by the dirt in the English hospital ward where she was a patient, she said, she got out of bed and began dusting and mopping.
It was not too much of a problem for the staff. They willlingly let her clean. She was treated and released after a few days, leaving a tidier hospital ward behind for the government.
