The Seminole, Florida man fortunately is alive. His car, on the other hand, a victim of gasoline and a spark.
When checking fuel lines for tampering, refrain from anything that might ignite gas. A car is easy to replace. The pain and suffering from burns to arms and potentially more, is not worth the risk.
