Caged Child Care Up Above

Day care in the other century included getting a little sun and fresh breeze.  Even if it was up off the ground a bit.

Back To School Saves The Mothers

Edgar W. Howe was spot on about kids going back to school.   Guy Sports.

If there were no schools to take the children away from home part of the time, the insane asylums would be filled with mothers.

The Most Qualified Should Still Reign

EDITORIAL: Obama: Whites need not apply.  WT.

Catchy headline, eh?  The long and the short of it.

Lost amid all the politically correct box-checking is the principle that the most qualified person should be hired for a job.

Excellent point!  But that means ANYONE of ANY background, may or may not have the requisite job qualifications.  The government’s goal.

“to promote the federal workplace as a model of equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion.”

By all means then, the most qualified should apply and be included.

So what happens if ALL are highly qualified in the multi-diverse applicant pool?

Obama Allowed A Call from Hades

Joke of the day.

Looks like the jokesters are out again at UW‘s place.  Karen For Clinton indulges us.

The Queen of England, The pope and Obama get whisked away by the devil. After a short time of fire and brimstone they are allowed to make a call home for a fee. The Queen calls the palace and talks for an hour and pays a million pounds. The Pope calls the Vatican and talks for an hour and pays a million Lira. Obama calls everyone he knows in Chicago and DC and talks for hours and the phone calls are all free.

They Pope and Queen ask how come Obama didn’t get charged. The devil explains to them that since Obama turned the whole US into hell it is a local call.

American Economic Failure Sets Obama Call For Help

Obama talks to corporate titans on economy.  Brietbart.  Nothing wrong with asking for help.  Especially the likes of Warren Buffett and Ford chief Alan Mulally.

It just should have been in 2008, right after he was elected, and before his clever learn-as ya-go debacle of economic policies and Obamacare were set into motion.

As Failures Grow, Obama Blames Others.  IBD.

Obama can’t have it both ways. He can’t blame Republicans when they’re in power, and then keep blaming Republicans when he’s in power. At some point, he’s got to take responsibility for the jobless recovery — the first since WWII with no gain in wages and salaries in the first eight quarters after a recession’s end. He’s got to take ownership for the failure of his own ideas and leadership.
