Grape seed extract creates these conditions that are unfavorable to growth. Specifically, the paper shows that grape seed extract both damages cancer cells’ DNA (via increased reactive oxygen species) and stops the pathways that allow repair (as seen by decreased levels of the DNA repair molecules Brca1 and Rad51 and DNA repair foci).

Safe for normal cells though. 

Hmmm.  Is it time to start incorporating some grape seed extract in our meals to ward off head and neck tumors?

Keeps things interesting at work.

No mention of any treasure chests filled with pirated loot from the high seas.

Haka is a traditional ancestral war cry, dance or challenge from the Māori people of New Zealand. It is a posture dance performed by a group, with vigorous movements and stamping of the feet with rhythmically shouted accompaniment. The New Zealand rugby team’s practice of performing a haka before their matches has made the dance more widely known around the world.

The Scots do it too.  Just as testoerone laden.  In kilts.  William Lawson Scotch Whisky.
