Seems quite appropriate for these times. The entitlement fever is running at an all time high. No Tylenol is enough to make it go away. So a clever pragmatist has come up with a twist on our beloved Bill Of Rights. And invites America to partake and pass it along. Perhaps the message will strike a chord. James Madison, the author of the Bill Of Rights, would have pondered deeply.
