Low Approval of Congress Points to High Seat Change in Nov. USA Today/Gallup.

Congress approval rating.  20 %.

President’s party on average loses 29 seats when Congress approval is below 40%

The Democrats should be listening.  Incumbents just the same.  November 2010 is getting closer.
