Biden shushes wife after secretary of state slip per AP at Brietbart.
Seems like Joe Biden was given a pick by Barack Obama between Secretary of State and Vice President, according to Bidens very own wife, Jill Biden! But not like he wanted anyone to know that fine detail, let alone revealed on national TV.
She let it slip out. Accidentally.
Her comment came when the Bidens made a surprise appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s show, recorded at the Kennedy Center.
The vice president-elect tried to hush his wife as soon as the words came out of her mouth, with a loud “shhh!”
Jill Biden said the job of vice president was better for the family, because as secretary of state he would travel too often.

Oprah turned to the VP-elect, asking “Were you worried about being number 2 because you wanted to be number one?”
“I think Barack was worried about it,” the former senator said with a laugh.
Sound almost like a conversation about the potty room. But now let’s get serious again. ABC digs around for the history on what has been discussed as offered in the past, but politically correct notes at the conclusion update, the Obama camp stating Biden was never offered anything else but VP.
